Project: Super Duplex Fire Hydrant Pipework
Chieftain Fabrications successfully delivered a bespoke super duplex fire hydrant pipework system for a critical offshore installation. Designed to meet the demanding conditions of the marine environment, this project required a high-performance solution with exceptional corrosion resistance and durability.
Utilising super duplex stainless steel, known for its superior strength and resistance to chloride-induced stress corrosion, we fabricated and tested the complete pipework system in-house at our Newcastle upon Tyne facility.

Project: High Guillotine Damper Fabrication
Chieftain Fabrications was commissioned to design and manufacture a High Guillotine Damper for a critical industrial ventilation application. This bespoke solution was engineered to provide reliable isolation in high-temperature and high-pressure environments, commonly found in power generation and heavy industry.
Using our in-house expertise and advanced manufacturing capabilities, the damper was built to exact client specifications, ensuring robust performance, precision operation, and long-term durability. The project involved:
